- Certificate, mounted on board, naming Ross Wilkins to the position of Trustee of the University of Michigan, signed by Stevens T. Mason on November 25th, 1834. The text of the document is as follows: "Stevens T. Mason, Secretary & at present acting Governor in and over the Territory of Michigan, To all to whom these presents may come, Greeting: Know ye, That reposing special trust and confidence in the integrity and ability of Ross Wilkins I have nominated, and by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council of the said Territory, have appointed him Trustee of the University of Michigan And I do hereby authorize and empower him to execute and fulfill the duties of that office according to law : to have and to hold the said office, with all the rights, privileges, and emoluments thereunto belonging, during the pleasure of the Governor of the said Territory, for the time being. In testimony whereof, I have caused these Letters to be made Patent, and the Great Seal of the said Territory to be hereunto affixed. Given under my Hand, at Detroit, this twenty fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four and of the Independence of the United States of America the fifty ninth. By the Governor: Stevens T. Mason Secretary of Michigan Territory, and at present Acting Governor."

- One blueprint drawing entitled, "General Arrangement of Sprinkler System," for the passenger steamships, SS Greater Detroit and SS Greater Buffalo. The drawing shows plan views of the Orlop, Texas, and Pilothouse decks along with the proposed layouts of sprinkler lines and sprinkler heads. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by the "American Shipb'ld'g Co., Eng. [Engineering] Dept." at a scale of 1/8 inch = 1 foot and is dated October 31, 1923. The plan number is shown as "65-199."
