- Located at 603 South Washington Avenue. This building, a gift of Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Olds to the many women's clubs of greater Lansing, was dedicated in 1914.

- Beginning with the Tussing Building on the right, the Ingham County Building is next. Next is the Lansing Woman's Club building with first-floor occupant First Church of Christ Scientist Reading Room. Michigan Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Company building is next with its first floor occupant, People's Finance Service. The last building in the block was known as the Cahill Building at the time of the photograph. The Cahill Building actually had 200 North Capitol Avenue as its address. - The W. T. Grant department store is on the corner facing North Washington Avenue. The remainder of the block is occupied by the Lansing City Hall (identified as "Old" in the 1959 City Directory because a newer city hall was under construction). - Description:
- Liederkranz Hall, one of Lansing's German social club locations, at 539 North Grand Avenue. Darius Moon remodeled the structure in 1902, adding another story that contained a dance hall, as well as large verandas near the garden, and other interior improvements. It was dedicated in 1905 with over 500 people in attendance.

- Description:
- The Lansing Boat Club, founded in the 1870s, had its headquarters on Pine Lake. The clubhouse was built on piles driven in the lake bottom, near the southwest shore. The above picture, taken in 1890, shows an interior room. Two copies. Originally part of the Carl Dalrymple Collection.
