- Photograph of East Michigan, north side of 100 block, Lansing. Parade on Dewey Day in Lansing. Admiral Dewey and Mayor J. F. Hammill in carriage. Many observers are perched on electric poles to watch the parade. In the background are the main postal and telegraph office, the Metropole, a bar advertising "Cool Fresh Lager" on a banner, and many other businesses.

- The Kent County Sheriff's Posse, seventeen mounted sheriffs, in the Lansing Centennial Parade of Transportation on East Michigan Avenue. Several troups of mounted police from around the state participated in the parade. Altman's Mens Store, the Esquire Theater, Murton Opticians, Jim's Cocktail Bar, Lansing Cafe, and Mattison's Jewelry are all visible in the background.
