- Four members of the Vagos motorcycle club: Richard "Doc" Greer, Clarence "Sandman" Smith, Thomas Gladish and Ron Keine pose together after they are granted a new trial in the murder of William Velten. All four men were convicted and sentenced to death, later when another man, Kerry Rodney Lee confessed to the crime, the men were released from prison and granted a new trial, Lee was convicted in 1978 and the original four were never retried.

- Two men stand near in Arroyo near Albuquerque, New Mexico where William Velten was murdered in 1975. Four members of the Vagos biker club, Richard "Doc" Greer, Clarence "Sandman" Smith, Thomas Gladish and Ron Keine were convicted and sentenced to death. Later when another man, Kerry Rodney Lee confessed to the crime, the men were released from prison and granted a new trial, Lee was convicted in 1978 and the original four were never retried.

- Dr. Christine Marin, Professor and Archivist Emerita from Arizona State University is interviewed by Sheila M. Contreras, Associate Professor of English and Director of the Chicano/Latino Studies Program at Michigan State University. Marin talks about the the movie "Salt of the Earth" and describes typical family dynamics during the strike, the roles women played and how they were empowered within labor organizations, living conditions, discrimination, and gender roles. Marin also provides a history of the Mexican-American struggle in Arizona from a working class to an educated class with growing ethnic pride. - Ernesto B. Vigil, long time Chicano activist and former member of The Crusade for Justice, delivers a talk entitled, "Sra. Juanita Montoya de Martinez/Story to her grandson : the rebellion of 1847". Vigil describes events leading to The Taos Revolt, a popular insurrection in January 1847 by Mexicans and their Pueblo allies against the United States' occupation of present-day northern New Mexico during the Mexican-American War. Vigil shares his family's memories of the events, the role of his great-grandfather Pablo Montoya, and the long term affects of what transpired on Mexican and indigenous people. He also explains the overwhelming Spanish and Mexican influences on place names in the Southwest and answers questions from the audience. The event is convened by Dr. Rubén O. Martinez, director of the Julían Samora Research Institute at Michigan State University.
