- J.L. Hudson trade card advertising the company's move from the Detroit Opera House building, to their new location at 141, 143, and 145 Woodward Avenue. The recto is printed with an image of a stork walking with a bag in a bag hung from his bill, a bouquet of flowers on his back, and a white peaked hat on his head. "J.L. Hudson, Clothier, Detroit Opera House Building," is printed along the top. The verso is printed with the text, "On or about April 1st we will remove to our new stores, 141, 143 &145 Woodward Ave. where we shall be pleased to receive our Friends and Customers. J.L. Hudson." "Selma" and "Beer" are handwritten on the verso in pencil.

An illustration of a man in historical costume leaning beside an oil lamp beneath a banner that incorporates the masks of comedy and tragedy is on the cover. Information on the production and numerous advertisements--including ones for Siegel's, Newcomb, Endicott, and Company, the Russell House Restaurant and Cafe, the Detroit and Cleveland Navigation Company, Stroh's, Edward W. Alexander and Company umbrellas, Sanders', and the Grinnell Brothers--are contained within.

- Postcard. Color postcard entitled "Campus Martius, Detroit, Mich." The elevated view looks northward along Woodward Avenue with the Old City Hall and Majestic Building on the left side of the image and Campus Martius and the Soldiers and Sailors Monument to the right. Pedestrians, streetcars, and several horse-drawn carriages are also visible. The Detroit Opera House and Wonderland Vaudeville can be seen in the right background. The number, "228," is printed near the lower right corner of the image. Printed text on the verso shows "Made in Germany. A. C. Besselman & Co., New York." The date of the postcard is based upon the postmark date.

Wonderland Vaudeville is depicted to the right of the opera house. The thoroughfares are aligned with streetcars, pedestrians and horse carriages. A note is written on the verso to Miss Florence Ward of Alanson, Mich. The date of the postcard is determined by the postmark, not when it was produced.
