The print shows a pen and ink drawing of the front of Providence Hospital as it appeared in about 1910. Printed text along the bottom of the print gives a brief history of the hospital. The print number, "58/250," is shown in pencil at the lower left corner. The last name of the artist, "Balocating," is shown in pencil in the lower right corner.

Chairs are set up outside of the structures. Across a road is frame of a building amid an overgrown field. In the distance beyond the field are several houses.
