This is an update to the 1983 County-wide solid waste management system adopted by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners on June 28, 1990. The primary goal of this Plan is to establish an integrated waste management system for the disposal of all non-hazardous solid waste produced by residential, commercial, and industrial waste generators in the County.
