Sepia-toned photograph of an Eagle Boat steam turbine engine at the Ford Highland Park Factory, as viewed facing one of its corners, with its coupling on the right side of the frame. A sign mounted on top of the engine reads, "2,500 Horse Power, Steam Turbine Engine, Used in Eagle Boats, Ford Motor Company." Other engines are in the background. Seventy-five engines were built with enough parts for 15 more. Lower right hand corner show number and date of photo: 23876-12-02-18. Photo mounted on a linen backing.
