Notes:
Bound in leather. Upper and lower covers of leather over pasteboards of another manuscript, now visible. Extensive water damage to binding and all leaves with significant loss of text., First folio and inner cover of an Arabic manuscript, possibly copied by Alhassan Ben Ali Ben Mansour Regraphi Aglaoui, wrapped in leather, worn at corners to show the pastedown “boards”. “Boards” are made of leaves from other manuscripts wrapped in leather. Text written in Arabic script with red rubrication., and 1 column of about 26-28 lines in unknown ruling, written in Arabic calligraphy.
