Bowl?; Karanis; Glass vessels; Glass

Notes:

Olive green. Fragment of rim, side, and base, about half of bowl. No weathering. Bubbly and full of impurities. Large blob of unfused sand in the stem, which has probably been the cause of a clean vertical fracture. Rounded rim, below that a tubular roll has been formed by cutting out during the blowing process. This roll is not symmetrical, being much wider on one side than on the other. Squat, thickish stem formed by twisting. Concave base, flattened out by modeling tool. Well-marked slanting impressions on upper side. Pontil technique.
