Inscribed on photo back: Packard 143, first series single eight (produced 6/14/1923-2/2/1925), 8-cylinder, 85-horsepower, 143-inch wheelbase, 7-person sedan (body type #240), fitted with non-original wheels, balloon tires, special forward bumper, lamp mounted on headlamp support bar. Car shown here while in hauling service of Florida East Coast Motor Transport, 30 Bay St., Jacksonville, Fla. (motor refrigerator service to Titusville, Melbourne, Vero, and Ft. Pierce).
