- Notes:
- Harpocrates, draped to knees astride standing horse. Right hand is held front at right haunch of horse and holds dish; left arm obscure, right leg foreward. Tall headdress, flounced at base with side portions draped to shoulders. Ringlets frame face. Headdress shows traces of pink and red paint. Tail of horse hangs naturally limp. Features of horse’s head well articulated: large eye, graceful ear, rounded muzzle. Hooves also well indicated. Tail and mane painted yellow. Reins and bridle indicated red; ear, nose and genitals touched in pink. Short rectangular base sags center and indicated front plane only. Back rounded and unindicated, except for curved line of horse’s neck. Orange red clay moulded hollow two halves sealed at sides. Circular vent back, bottom open. Front stuccoed (?) and painted.
