55. Study Committee for the Flint Campus of the University of Michigan Report (Haber Report)

Description:
This committee recommended consolidation of UM activity in Flint as the "University of Michigan at Flint," headed by a chancellor or provost, and autonomous within the UM system. It recognized the need for expansion due to projected enrollments, the MBA degree, and student housing, among other issues. This was the primary planning document for the riverfront campus.
