Notes:
Coarse red clay. Round bowl with flat base and flaring sides. Convex top joins bowl about 2/3 way up. Top broken off at center where it begins to rise to form narrow neck of filling hole. Wick-hole at left side of convex top where it joins bowl, blackened slightly about hole. Part of flare of bowl broken. Deep imprint ( crude rosette-shaped ) made in left side of base when clay was still soft.; Marks: Wheel made, flat base shows spiral made when removed from wheel.
