Due to two landfills closing and five projects not moving ahead as originally envisioned, this document amends the Oakland County 1990 Solid Waste Management Plan and recommends that Michigan Act 641 facility designations be deleted for five projects; that three new MRFs or MRF/Transfer Station sites receive designation; that one existing landfill be approved for lateral expansion; and that the designation of two existing facilities be changed.
