Lansing Area Cookbook Collection

Description:

This is a collection of mostly cookbooks plus some loose recipe material, which was likely assembled by library staff over the years, perhaps with help from the Friends of Lansing Libraries bookstore staff. Most of the cookbooks were produced by various religious, social, or educational organizations, for fundraising purposes. There are also some promotional cookbooks from area grocers and other businesses.
