Letter written to General Major James George Fife of Wayne State University, regarding a potential meeting between Gen. Major Fifle and Mr. Edward Prinsep, who was involved in improving the infrastructure of India. Nightingale stated that she hoped the two could meet in the near future since both were familiar with facts of the ongoing sanitary issues of India, as well as the fact the Mr. Prinsep would be staying in England for a short time.
