Telegram from the Western Union Telegraph Company, Huron Depot, Ohio, dated August 19, 1886, to Captain Trouley, Barge O. J. Hale, Detroit, Mich. The telegram form is printed in black text on yellowed paper and has a message that is handwritten in ink that reads "Tow out and sail toward river, will try to reach Suter [William R. Soutar] at Cleveland or Ashtabula. If Suter does not, come tow with any tug forty or fifty dollars. A. W. Moffett."
