Day Coat of Multicolored Wool Tapestry Fabric, trimmed with Mink, 1924

- Day coat of multicolored wool tapestry fabric (predominantly red) with 3/4 length sleeves and a Moorish collar. The collar, cuffs and bottom eddge of the coat are of brown natural mink. The coat is lined in blue silk satin. This garment was owned by Matilda Dodge Wilson (October 19, 1883 – September 19, 1967),who was the wife of John Francis Dodge (October 25, 1864 – January 14, 1920), co-founder of the Dodge Motor Car Company in Detroit, Michigan.
