These engines were manufactured at the Highland Park Plant and then transported to the Ford River Rouge Factory. Men are seen in the background holding up a large white sheet to aid in photo contrast while other workers are observing. Lower right hand corner of photo has number and date of photo: 23000-9-12-18.
