Letter from Florence Nightingale to Lt. Gen. Fife asking for his opinion on topics

Description:
Nightingale thanks Lt. Gen. Fife for an enclosed report which he borrowed to her. She then asked about an interview he had with Mr. Prinsep regarding irrigation issues. Nightingale goes on to ask Fife his opinion on various matters concerning Indian people in regards to relief acts and the stoppage of Public Works. She also stated her desire to meet with him to discuss these issues.
