Notes:

Mr. Brown flew the first airplane for U.S. Mail from Grand Rapids. The image shows the head and shoulders of a young man wearing a pilot's leather helmet and goggles. A striped suit jacket, white shirt, and bow tie complete his outfit. He was later killed in his airplane.
