Herman Miller Dresser

Description:
This Dresser, in the collection of The Henry Ford, consists of a sequoia burl veneer and castano wood for the exterior surface with a gray harewood inlay. The front is bowed with a light horizontal stripe in the veneer as well as having three drawers and one door with brush chrome pulls. In 1988, a protective glass top was added to the top of the piece by Herman Miller Inc. This piece is the same version that was designed for the 1933 World's Fair and has the numbers '8066/88' written on the back.
