The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows structural framing and reinforcing details for two bulkheads on the steamships, Venus and Neptune. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by "Manitowoc Ship Building Co." at a scale of 1/2 inch = 1 foot and is dated January 25, 1917. The drawing number is shown as "1589."
