Dancing woman in lamp shade costume

Notes:

Dressed in lamp shades is "Miss I.E.S.", so called because her costume was made up of lamp shades provided by the Illuminating Engineering Society. The entertainer sang and danced at the convention of the Wolverine State Electrical Inspectors at the Pantlind Hotel. "Miss I.E.S." was portrayed by Miss Kay Davis.
