Program for the 1922 annual church and memorial service held at First Presbyterian Church by Friendship Lodge No. 417 of the Free and Accepted Masons on May 31st. Images of the church and of Rev. Joseph A. Vance are on the front cover. Inside is a list of lodge members who had died since the previous service, as well as the program for the songs, prayers, and addresses which constitute the service. An engraving of the United States flag is printed on the back cover.
