The drawing consists of black pencil on vellum paper and shows a profile view of a car body along with a possible powertrain layout. Various design notes are also shown. A handwritten note on the center left side of the plan sheet shows "2 cyl. V motor set transversely." Advantages and disadvantages of the transverse motor are summarized in the two tables in the upper left corner of the sheet. A handwritten note along the bottom edge shows "Friction drive application to cyclecar lines giving substantially some advantages and doing away with belt." The drawing is signed "JSB [James Scripps Booth], 12-30-20" in the lower right corner of the sheet.
