Workers on ladders and perched atop pieces of the frame position the framing near the bow, as an overhead crane lowers the bulkheads into place near the stern. Another Eagle Boat is under construction in the background. Shelves and crates of materials are in the adjacent aisle on the left, and coat racks, shelves, and piles of materials are along the wall on the right. "#44 9:32 A.M. 25863-2-20-19," is printed in the lower left corner of the recto. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.
