Neck and Rim Fragment; Karanis; Glass vessels; Glass

Notes:
Neck and rim fragment of olive green glass. Outsplayed hollow inward folded rim with cylindrical neck and sloping horizontal shoulder. On the inside of the neck is a thread of glass flush with the surface. A thick ribbon of glass coiled over at shoulder then pulled up and joined first to beginning of neck and then to rim forming a handle. 2 fragments of a second handle on other side: one on rim and one on base of neck. Poor glass; pinprick bubbles; impurities; blowing spirals. Milky and brown weathering.
