Sepia-toned photograph of workers installing the framing on the keel for Eagle Boat No. 38 near its stern, within building "B" of the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex, as taken from above its port quarter. Several stringers and bulkheads are already in place. Shelves of materials, coat racks, and carts are visible in the adjacent aisles. "25608-2-1-19, #38" is printed in the lower left corner of the recto, and "5C2," is handwritten on the verso. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.
