Text on the bottom left of the front cover reads "The Calvert Lith. Co. Detroit." The back cover features a color illustration of two boys selling copies of The Evening News with the title "INTRUSION." underneath the illustration in the center. The inside of the booklet contains the seven stanza poem written across four pages.
