- Sepia-tone photograph, mounted on board, of a plank constructed sidewalk on Chene. A horse carriage is visible on Chene Street. Several residential buildings, barns, and a moonlight tower are adjacent to the thoroughfare. Written in script on the verso, "Oct 25th 1901, Mrs. Josephine Pluff, Looking North, on the west side of Chene, South of Boulevard. F.S.Q."

- Mounted, sepia-toned photographic print depicting six people standing outside of a row of five electric streetcars on a snowy day. "Trumbull" is written on the tops of the streetcars; however the nearest car, number 278, also has a small sign marked "Chene" at its end. Three homes are visible on the opposite side of the street, behind the cars. Photo is mounted to off-white matting with a textured frame around the image. "March 5/99" handwritten on verso. Copy is black and white 10" x 8" enlargement.
