President Bush announces the establishment of the U.S. Climate Change Research Initiative that will study areas of uncertainty and identify priority areas where investments can make a difference. He says by using conservation, energy efficiency, and the upcoming clean technologies, America can significantly reduce its greenhouse gas emissions.
