- Two unidentified men in the chief's office at the new Station No. 1. The man at the desk may be Chief Hugh F. Fisher. Fisher succeeded Chief Paul Lefke, who retired in June of 1943. Through the window the Goodyear automobile service station at 111 East Shiawassee Street can be seen. The Secretary's Office was located on the west side of the new building along East Shiawassee Street and the view is to the northeast.
