- Pond and pavilion at Oak Park in Lansing, Mich. The pond was drained and torn out in the 1960s. In the background is the Motor Wheel factory, which was just north of the park on Saginaw Street.

- The Barnes residence was an example of the Victorian architecture which characterized the elite dwellings of the late nineteenth century. By the 1950s it had fallen into a state of disrepair as seen in this photo, and it was demolished by the City of Lansing for the creation of a parking lot. It stood at the south end of Capitol Avenue on West Main Street.

Photo c shows a parking lot on the corner of Allegan Street. Photo d is looking west on Michigan Avenue from the intersection with Grand Avenue. Consumer's Power Co., American Bank & Trust, Barker Fowler Appliances, and other businesses can be seen.
