- Photograph shows the covered bridge at Franklin Avenue, now known as East Grand River Avenue. The bridge was erected in 1853 and was swept away by a flood on April 1, 1875. Two copies.

- A view of the recently improved "Main Street", the intersection of Hamilton and Okemos roads looking east. The building at the left edge of the photograph was the Union Hotel, and the one next to it was the Odd Fellows' Hall, followed by a white wood-sided general store. Hamilton Road was formerly known as Detroit Road. This is a duplicate photograph. The original source is unknown.
