- A staple-bound contract form between the Ford Motor Company, represented by the company's vice president F.J. Klingensmith, and the U.S. Navy establishing the terms for the construction of 100 patrol boats, the Eagle Boats, dated March 4, 1917. To Ms. Kimdsen -A.L.," is handwritten and "copy" is typewritten at the top, the blanks for the names and dates on the first page have been filled out, and on the seventh page, names have been typewritten where each party would have signed, including Edsel B. Ford, Klingensmith, and Graham Egerton as representative of Acting Secretary of the Navy, F.D. Roosevelt.

- Staple-bound report, dated November 20, 1916, from the Navy Department, Bureau of Construction and Repair, containing two articles, "Air Test of Compartments," and "Extracts from Report of Air Tests of Compartments and Zones of Water-Ejecting System on the U.S.S. OKLAHOMA," both written J.G. Tawresey of the U.S. Navy. A stamp on the cover indicates that the report was receives by the Ford Motor Company's Office of the Superintending Constructor for the U.S. Navy on February 27, 1919, in preparation for the construction of the Ford Eagle Boats later that year. "Noted R.K.," is handwritten in pencil on the upper left corner of the first page.
