- One letter, dated January 16, 1922, from O. [Oliver] E. Dunbar of the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. of Detroit to Lucilla H. Dunbar, Mrs. H. D. Miles, and Frank L. Dunbar. The letter is typewritten in black ink on white paper that shows the company letterhead at the top and is watermarked "Alexis Bond, Strathmore Quality, U.S.A." The writer requests that the three bondholders allow the company to make payments on outstanding bonds at a later date. The request was acknowledged near the lower left corner with the signatures of the three letter recipients.

- One stock certificate of the "Dare Aircraft Company" of Muskegon, Michigan. The certificate, Number 229, is printed in black and red text on white paper that has a light green wavy line background pattern. The certificate has a decorative black engraved pattern along the border and an embossed company seal near the lower left corner. Typewritten and printed text indicates that "Richard H. Goode is the owner of Twenty (20) Shares of the Capital Stock of Dare Aircraft Company." The certificate is dated December 13, 1921, and is signed by "Harry T. Johnson, Secretary," and "Melvin E. Dare, President." The verso contains decorative orange engraved borders, background patterns, and text.

The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows interior plan and profile views for the proposed wooden-hulled, propeller-driven, bulk carrier steamships. The drawing indicates that the vessels also had three masts. The plan was prepared at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot by Frank E. Kirby for the Detroit Dry Dock Company.
