- Resolution, on cardboard, from the Boston Shoe Associates to the Detroit Post No. 384 of the Grand Army of the Republic. The text of the resolution is as follows: "At the Annual Meeting of the Boston Shoe Associates held on February twenty-third, nineteen hundred and five, the following resolutions were unanimously passed:- Resolved: That the Boston Shoe Associates hereby tender their sincere thanks to Detroit Post No. 384, Department of Michigan, G.A.R. for the handsome testimonial sent by them and assure them that they will prize it highly and preserve it most carefully as a token of the friendship of the Post. Resolved: That this resolution be placed on the records of this Association and that the Secretary be instructed to send a copy of said resolution to the Post. Elisha James Jr. President J.
