A color drawing at the top of the poster shows men at work in a large shipyard. The artist's name, Herbert Meyer, can be seen near the lower left corner of the drawing. Small printed text at the lower right corner shows "Thomas-Ellis Co., Baltimore - New York." Printed text along the bottom of the poster shows "United states Shipping Board Emergency Fleet Corporation."
