Some brown pencil shading has also been added in order to highlight the architectural features. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for the "Roney Land Company." Lawson Miller. The page also indicates that the plans were drawn up by the architectural firm of S.C. Falkinburg, and states that the apartments were to face Grand Circus Park, Madison and Adams Avenues. The second sheet contains the prospectus for the location and design of the building. The following eleven sheets contain floor plans for the basement and ten floors of the Westminster.
