- This black and cerise wool plaid dress has a bodice of cerise crepe with a plain neck and short sleeves. The bodice is attached to a full skirt with wide box pleats. There is a stiff net nylon underskirt attached. It has a matching waist length jacket with three self-buttons down the front. The jacket sleeves are elbow-length. Label: "Scassi". Label:"Julie Inc, Fisher Building, Detroit". It has a matching hat #1969.132.014.

- 1- Woman's four piece tobogganing outfit. Heavy cinnamon wool plush (mohair blend?). a) Jacket. Double-breasted (Russian blouse). High stand-up collar. Long tight sleeves with flaring cuffs. Mid-thigh length. Two pleated pockets with rounded corners on front, fastens with three blue covered buttons on shoulder. Wide self-belt, collar, cuffs and hem have embroidered blue sleds and large dots, lined with navy blue silk. b) Skirt. Boot top length, no waistband, gros grain inner band, A-line. Front placket closes at waist with hook-and-snaps, opens at hem with four covered buttons. Rounded patch pockets on each side of front, half belts go across back at waist & 3" below waist. Belts and pockets have blue covered button trim, not lined, but seams are bound. Has been shortened. c) Knickers. Not very full, knee length, black tape waistband. Side hook-and-eye fastening, legs gathered to narrow cuff which fastens with metal buckle. d) Hat. Same fabric. Mushroom shaped. Blue sleds embroidered on band. Blue silk tassle sewn on top. Separate piece comes down to cover ears. Lined with navy velvet. Label: J. Hock, Detroit. Donor said that not long after they were married (June 1916), she and her husband acted as chaperones for a winter sports trip to Lake Champlain, where she wore this ensemble.

- This re-embroidered cloque evening dress with stole has a silvery white ground with geometric padded areas outlined with silver thread. The sleeveless dress of just below knee length is princess-cut. It has a cowl neck in front continuing to a deep "V" in the back. There are pockets hidden in the front side seams. The snap closing in back is ornamented with a large self pompom. The dress is lined in white silk. The stole falls over the shoulder to hem length and the folds are tacked down to give it shape. "Ruth Joyce" is embroidered on the underside. Designed by Ruth Joyce.

- Woman's beige silk shantung ensemble comprised of a sleeveless shift and coat. The shift has a jewel neckline, and ribbon-embroidered flowers in orange, yellow, rust and green. The front panel of the skirt is lined in crepe, and there is a back zipper closure. The double breasted coat has covered buttons, flap pockets and a wide collar. Worn by donor. - This woman's ensemble has a dress made of crepon with a geometric design of orange, green, purple, fuschia and white. Natural waistline. Wrist- length sleeves with light shoulder pads and two button cuffs. It buttons to the waist and has a side zipper. The U-shaped neckline is trimmed with a self ruffle. The skirt has 1/2" pleats sewn down 10". Knee length. There is a 1/4" wide self belt. It hs a matching purple, velveteen hip-length woman's jacket with lapels faced with the same lining material as the dress and long has fitted sleeves. There is a one button closing and a 1 1/2" wide self belt. The belt has a brass buckle. The jacket has patch pockets on either side. Label:"Irving, Detroit" Labels: "Irving, Detroit" "Hattie Carnegie Original, New York".

- This wool challis black, green, purple, red and white geometric print woman's dress has a plain round neck with no collar, long straight sleeves with cuffs and covered buttons. The front is plain and slightly gathered at the waist seam. The dress zips up the back. The dress is part of an ensemble which includes a black knit jumper. The jumper is a chemise with a mandarin collar and large black button at the shoulder. The skirt is slit to the waist. There is a narrow black leather belt. The jumper has a concealed zippered back. The breast pocket has a handkerchief which matches the challis black, green, purple, red and white geometric print of the dress. Label:"Pierre Cardin" (on the dress)

- This long sleeved woman's dress of black wool wool has a "V" shaped front insert of black Persian lamb at the neckline as well as a similar insert in back from neck to hemline. There are two square gold buttons 1 1/4" at shoulder on left side. The dress has a waist line with a fold of material down left side and pleats hooked by ribbon on inside. The left side fastening has seven eyes and one hook. The belt has two gold buttons, and a leather lining. The matching black Persian lamb, short cape has a small pointed collar. The cape has a black tassel near its collar to hook the cape. A fold of V-shape material is along the back. The back length is 30.5". There is a label on the inside of the collar that reads: Julie, Inc. Fisher Building, Detroit.
