Posters and lobby cards promoting the film, "The Town that Forgot God," are posted around the entrance. A phonograph's horn speaker and several books are displayed in the store window to the left of the theater. "1314-13," is printed in the lower right corner. A Commercial Photo Service Company stamp is on the verso. The photo is mounted on linen, with a flap on the left edge for binding it into a photo album.

A child sits on the front steps, and two women are visible in windows on the left side of the building. "Alfred Devereaux, Photographer, 38 Congress St. W.," is stamped on the verso. "House in picture was on site of Wasum's Restaurant on Broadway. Residence of Richard Webber Allen. Street formeraly called Miami. 118 Miami. The elevator construction is now complete, and water is being pumped from the Rouge River through a long pipe to fill the pit. When filled, the earthen berm separating the pit from the river will be removed. A rail-mounted crane with its boom extended is near the launch tower. This pattern boat was later dismantled and used as a template for Eagle Boats to be manufactured at Ford's River Rouge Complex. The caption, "Study or test hull complete.
