- One lithograph copy of a plat map entitled "Plat of the City of Detroit as Laid Out by the Govr. and Judges." The plat is printed in black ink on white paper and shows the layout of property lines, lot lines, and right-of-way lines in downtown Detroit. Lot numbers, lot dimensions, right-of-way dimensions, and street names are also shown. Bearings are shown along the right-of-way lines of several principal streets including Michigan Avenue, Washington Grand Avenue, Miami Avenue, Monroe Avenue, Jefferson Avenue, and Woodward Avenue. The plat was drawn at a scale of 1 inch = 250 feet. A note in the lower left corner shows "I certify that this Plat contains a correct Plan of the City of Detroit so far as the materials in my possession have enabled me to prepare the same. Detroit, Jany. 8th 1831, Wayne County, Mich. Terry., John Farmer." Small printed text in the lower right corner shows "Bowen & Co., Lith., Philada."

- Color postcard depicting the Log Cabin in Palmer Park, with a group of people standing in front and a flowerbed in the foreground. Printed on verso: Log Cabin, Palmer Park, Detroit, Mich. Log Cabin, Palmer Park. - Built on land donated to the city by Ex-Senator Thomas W. Palmer in 1893, and is situated north of the city at the extreme terminal of the Woodward Avenue car line, is one of the city's favorite breathing spots. Its center piece is a log cabin which is an exact reproduction of the home in which Senator Palmer resided when Detroit was little more than a trading post. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Sep 5, 1913.

Times and fares are listed for the Detroit United Railway's Flint Division, Orchard Lake Division, Pontiac Division, and Wyandotte Division; the Rapid Railway System and its Shore Line Division; the Detroit Monroe and Toledo Short Line Railway; the Tecumseh, Windsor, Sandwich and Amherstburg Railway; the Detroit, Jackson and Chicago Railway; the Lake Shore Electric Railway; and the Jackson, Battle Creek and Kalamazoo Division of Michigan United Railways. A green illustration of a interurban streetcar traveling at night with a city in the background is on the cover. Advertisements, most prominently for hotels, are also contained within.
