A new Street Lighting Dept truck parked on the snowy drive in front of the City Water Works Building, 1101-05 Monroe NW. The side panel of the truck is marked City of Grand Rapids and Street Lighting Dept. The door panel shows the number 135 and in the diamond the words City of Grand Rapids Michigan. The building is brick with windows on the upper floor, and windows and an overhead door on the ground level.
