- Alex Bryan, Program Manager for the Greater Lansing Food Bank Garden Project delivers a talk entitled, "Food Field: A Four-Acre Detroit Urban Farm." Bryan describes the efforts of himself and his business partner Noah Link, to create a sustainable organic farm in urban Detroit as a real alternative to the corporate food system. He says that they are also striving to create jobs and to build robust and ongoing relationships with local restaurants and grocers. Questions are taken from the audience.
