- One drawing entitled "No. XII, Fort Wayne, Plan and Sections of Exterior Batteries." The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows an overall plan view of the fort walls. A long north arrow line cuts diagonally across the drawing in the upper center area of the plan sheet. Contour lines are shown in a light line weight to represent the existing ground elevations and in a heavy line weight for proposed ground elevations. The edge of the Detroit River (contour line "0") is shown near the lower edge of the sheet. Handwritten text beneath the title shows "Engineer Department, Washington, April 20, 1867. Sent to General Cram with letter of this date."

Handwritten text beneath the title shows "Engineer Department, Washington, Feb'y 27, 1864. Sent to Col. Cram with letter of this date."
