- A pair of woman's white satin pumps with a pointed toe, and curved heel. Pointed toes. The instep is decorated with white satin, clear glass beads, and five rhinestones. Label: Kline's, St. Louis, Kansas City, Detroit, Cincinnati.

- Description:
- This is a woman's pantsuit evening ensemble. The cardigan jacket and shell are completely covered in sequins and beads to suggest the cables of traditonal knit tennis wear. The V-neck cardigan has a 1.25" wide decorative band of blue thread, green sequins, and red and white beads that extends around the neck and down the center front. The long sleeves have bead covered cuffs. The jacket has five gold buttons for its center front closure. It has a 2.75" wide beaded band at the hem, shoulder pads, and is completely lined in ecru silk. The jacket has a Bill Blass label. The collarless shell has the same colors and materials as jacket. It has a multicolored band around its neck. Its center back has an invisible zipper, and also has a beaded band around the armholes and the bottom hem. It is completely lined in ecru silk, and labeled Bill Blass. The slacks are white wool with two center front pleats, and straight legs with 1.5" cuff. The side opening has an invisible zipper, and hook-and-eye closures. The slacks have a white silk lining, and two loops for hanging. The slacks have a label that reads: Bill Blass; made in USA of Imported Fabric. This "tennis ensemble" is from the 1980 Bill Blass collection.

- This woman's evening gown has a black velvet bodice with padded shoulders, long sleeves and a V-neck. The slightly flared red duvetyne skirt extends above the waist to meet the point of the V-neck. There is a side zipper and snaps at the wrists. Label: "Dovies, Detroit

- Women's sheer white wool crepe dress, trimmed with heavy floral lace. One piece. "V" neck, natural waist, 3/4 length sleeves. Ankle-length straight skirt with peplum of lace and wide band of lace at hem. Trimmed with rows of pairs of crocheted balls, down front and sides. Original purchase price was $125.00. - Woman's two piece cotton dress with a black and white print design of small circles and flowers (white) on a black ground. The long, full skirt has a separate pannier that is attached at the waist back in back. A pleated and gathered overskirt is attached in the front, and on the side. The fitted top has long sleeves, a high neck with a small collar, and a small peplum bustle in the back. It buttons down the front with round black buttons. The top is lined. The shape of the bodice, and size of the waistband suggest it was maternity wear.

- Woman's chemise dress. Wool and angora knit. Turquoise. Just below knee length. Long, straight set-in sleeves. Multi colored horizontal stripes in wide band at hem, and at sleeves. Stand up collar with front button and snap placket closing. Dress fully lined. Dress 39" from neck to hem. Matching scarf wraps around neck, and stripes match hem stripes. Scarf 110" l. Worn by donor. Label: Mollie Parnis Boutique, New York. Note: almost identical dress (in white with colored stripes) shown in photo of Betty Ford dated 1973.

- This woman's eggshell satin wedding gown has an irregular length, with a scalloped hem that is lower in the back than in the front. It has long, straight sleeves that snap at their scalloped cuffs. The gown has a wide round neckline, and a dropped waist with scalloped piping. The gathered skirt is shirred with silk cord, and has a pearl bow positioned at its center front. A second pearl bow is also found at the left shoulder. The dress has a snap side closing. It was made at Pack-Wolin in Detroit, and worn by donor in 1926.

- This deep red wool woman's suit has two pieces. The single-breasted jacket has five covered buttons down the front and a small shawl collar. The long, straight sleeves have turned-back cuffs. Draped peplum on the back and sides is caught up with self-cords tipped in brass. The collar is also caught up with brass tipped cords. The skirt of below-knee length is a slightly flared "A" line. - Woman's evening gown of black silk with scroll-leaf brocade pattern; square neckline with net insert, short sleeves, empire style, draped skirt; bodice covered with black sequins, beaded fringe with drop-shaped sequins; ladder shaped jet-bead tassel hanging from center of bodice; black net and sequin panel with beaded fringe down left side. Label: Bertha A. Krenz. Belonged to donor's mother, Mrs. James R. Hayes; Mr. Hayes was proprietor of the Wayne Hotel from the 1880's until 1918. The dress was made by Bertha A. Krenz whose shop was on High Street (Vernor ).

- Child’s three piece suit consisting of knee length pants, short jacket, and white ruffled shirt. Pants and jacket made of blue velvet. Jacket has hook and eye closure at neck, quilted lining, short waist. Pants have button flap front closure, buttonholes on waist paint to secure shirt, three decorative brass buttons on side of pant leg. Shirt has pointed collar, button cuffs, ruffles on placket front, and three buttons at waist to secure to pants. Circa 1900-1929.
