- Materials related to the International Association of Chiefs of Police annual conventions, and some side activities such as a trip to Havana after a St. Petersburg (Florida) convention, and the International Association of Identification conference. The majority of this group is programs, for the convention sessions themselves, as well as banquet dinners and luncheons, and entertainment provided at the events. There is some related memorabilia from trips and tours such as tickets and brochures. The materials were Seymour's own, and some contain his handwritten notes.
