- An interview of Olivia Letts by Christy Nichols at an unidentified location, 2009, as part of the "Lansing 150" Sesquicentennial project. Mrs. Letts was a teacher and then a principal in the Lansing Public Schools. No transcript has been produced. - The second of two interviews of Gladys Beckwith, who helped to found the MSU Women's Studies program and ran the Michigan Women's Historical Center and Hall of Fame for over 25 years. Dr. Beckwith is interviewed by Marilyn Culpepper in the Local History Room at Capital Area District Libraries, on February 6, 2009, as part of the "Lansing 150" Sesquicentennial project. She was interviewed previously on July 24, 2008 (<a href="http://cadl.pastperfectonline.com/archive/799215D7-0166-49EE-B4F2-958522481940">link</a>). For both interviews, no transcript has been produced. - Located at 2000 Lewton Place. The land was pruchased in 1955 and the building opened in 1957. It was named for Opal S. Lewton who was the director of elementary instruction.

- Located at 1106 Cedar Street North. Cedar Street School began construction in 1847 and was rebuilt in 1851. This building was rebuilt again with additions in 1876. New additions were again made in 1900 and 1917. The original part of the building was demolished in 1941 when a new entrance was built.

- Located at 200 Foster Avenue North. On July 10, 1916, Foster Avenue School became a part of Lansing School system. It had previously been called Columbia Park School. The name change occured in 1917 when it was also remodeled. Additions were also made in 1918 and 1930. Contents include: Yearly PTA history books, documents, correspondence, awards, meeting minutes.
